I'm going to be honest to you.. I haven't been caring about this blog enough.. :( Big shocker! I discovered the reason is that even though I do love self discovery I present no new information to you. I feel like it is a waste of time. I mean, you can go online and see any Elliott Hulse video or 100 OSHO quotes and retain only one common thing, one repetitive thing, enlightenment. I vomit and repeat all information I have heard. I am now changing my blog to something I decided today, something I should have done from the start, something in front of my eyes and in my imagination since I was just a wee lad... I have chosen to keep all my old things but change it from here on out. I am changing it to creativity

My blog is about becoming the strongest version of yourself. Well, your body needs to be strong like your mind. Your body is a critical component of your self esteem and self confidence. Here's 5 tips for your workout plans:
1. Lift each body part at least one a week. At home or in a gym, only lift one body part per week. Example: chest on Monday, arms on Wednesday, and legs on Friday, etc. Each body part need time to rest for a while.
2. Make sure you extra work your high resistant muscles. These muscles are your forearms and pretty much all lower body.
3. Don't fear Cardio. It will not dissolve your gains. your'e not going to lose all your muscle from getting your heart over 120BPM, that's a ridiculous theory. Cardio will help keep the body fat low and lungs and heart strong.
4. Supplements are crap... Straight up, they are NOT proven to help you at all, instead try multi-vitamins, These will give you basic essentials your bodies needs.
5.Change your workouts! Over and over you'll hear that people aren't getting results and are in a rut. Try switching it up maybe instead of arms Monday try legs, then go for a long run... just change it up.
